Clubhouse system configuration is where you tailor CONVERGE to your institution — branding, who receives which notifications, what appears on the landing page, and which features are turned on.

Branding

• Institution name, logo, and color accents on outbound email.
• Pre-login landing copy and screenshots.
• Per-module homepage banner and announcement.

Email customization

Subject lines, sender names, and reply-to addresses for each email template can be overridden per institution. Open <span data-setting-path="Clubhouse → Settings → Email customization"></span>. Send a test email to yourself before saving changes.

Notification routing

Different help-request categories can be routed to different staff members. For example, IRB & Compliance can be routed to a compliance officer while Budget Development goes to a financial analyst. Routing is per-category and per-customer.

Feature toggles

Some features can be enabled or disabled per institution from the feature catalog. The role-security matrix layers on top — features can be enabled but restricted by role.
