CONVERGE Research Intelligence is sold by CONVERGE Research Intelligence. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Individual memberships also begin with a 14-day free trial, so you can cancel before any charge is made.
How to request a refund
Purchases are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or email us at support@convergeri.com and we will arrange it for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly or annual membership at any time from your billing settings in the application, or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Renewals and institutional subscriptions
Refund requests for a renewal are handled on the same 30-day basis from the renewal date. Institutional subscriptions are governed by the applicable order or agreement — contact us and we will work with you directly.
