Whenever an opportunity has a known deadline, CONVERGE shows a small colored badge next to it. The color encodes how close the deadline is, so the same opportunity may shift colors as time passes.

Thresholds

• Red, pulsing — 7 days or fewer remaining.
• Orange — 8–14 days remaining.
• Amber — 15–30 days remaining.
• No badge — more than 30 days remaining, or the deadline is unknown / rolling.

Where badges appear

• Match cards on the Fairway dashboard and the matches list.
• Opportunity rows in the full opportunities browser.
• Opportunity detail pages, next to the deadline date.
• Inbox previews when a message is tied to a dated opportunity.

Rolling deadlines

Some sponsors accept proposals on a rolling basis or have not published a fixed close date. In those cases the system leaves the deadline blank rather than guessing, and no urgency badge is shown.
