CONVERGE User Guide

Getting Started

Signing in & default landing

How sign-in works, what page you land on, and password reset.

Updated 5/27/2026

Access to CONVERGE is invitation-based. Your institution's administrator adds you under your work email, and from that point on the email address itself is your unique identifier across the platform.

Your first sign-in

The welcome email

First-time users receive a welcome email with a link to set a password. The link is single-use and expires after a short window for security. If it expires before you set a password, use the "Forgot password" flow on the sign-in page to request a new one.

Setting a strong password

Passwords must meet minimum length and complexity requirements enforced at sign-up. We recommend a passphrase stored in a password manager rather than something memorable but short.

Default landing

What it is

After you sign in, CONVERGE sends you to one specific module — your default landing. This is normally the module most relevant to your role: Fairway for faculty, Signal for RD staff, Drive for leadership, Clubhouse for administrators.

Changing it

Open your profile from the avatar menu and pick a different module as your default landing. The change applies on your next sign-in. You can always switch modules during a session from the module switcher in the header.

Forgot password

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email. The reset link is single-use and expires after a short window. If you don't see the email within a minute or two, check your spam folder before requesting another.

Trouble signing in

No account yet?

If you haven't been added, use the Support page to request access. Your institution's CONVERGE administrator approves new users — we cannot create accounts directly from the sign-in page.

Account locked or disabled?

Repeated failed sign-ins temporarily lock the account. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact your institution's CONVERGE administrator to unlock it manually.
